What this version collects
The symptom selector, city filter, exact-ZIP checker and checklist run in your browser. This website has no enquiry form, account system or submitted checklist. Hosting services may process ordinary request information needed to deliver the pages.
Telephone enquiries
When the service phone is active, calling uses your telephone provider and the receiving service’s systems. Ask the receiving provider about its data practices. This site does not activate call recording or claim that a call-button click equals a completed call.
External resources and maps
City links open third-party websites. Area maps load only after you select the map button; this connects your browser to Google. Those services apply their own privacy terms.
Analytics
This build includes a local call-click event hook but no third-party analytics or advertising script. If analytics, forms or call-recording tools are added, this notice must be updated to reflect the actual setup.
